Rude unhappy owner

Disgusting treatment from the owner of the store- Margaret.

We place a weekly order at Cremalat in Germiston for cheese through WhatsApp. Apparently the owner is a very unhappy woman and feels the need to speak badly to her customers (even in a time where businesses are fighting tooth and nail to survive and hold on to the customers that are able to support them).

Margaret your behaviour is disgusting and I truly hope that you lose many more customers because of your terrible behaviour.

I would never in a million years speak to a customer or supplier in the way you did.

You should be embarrassed.
