DO NOT USE

Do NOT use this company. Their return policy states that they’ll deduct a R100 cleaning fee for items with pet hair, yet they refused to issue any refund for my returned items and won’t send them back either. This is effectively taking my money and goes against consumer protection standards. They claim to prioritize customer satisfaction, but after I returned my items (on the same day they were delivered), they simply kept my money and refused to follow their own policy.
