Dishonest Contractor

Alister Creed quoted me for the installation of an inverter and 2 x 200 Volt batteries for which I paid. He installed 2 x 100V batteries and when confronted said that he had made a mistake. He also charged me for a COC which he never did. He blocked me when I told him that I found it difficult to believe that an 'expert' could not tell the difference between 100V and 200V. No offers to sort out the 'mistake'.
