WHAT SERVICE DELIVERY??

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I placed and paid for my order in full on 29 January, after struggling with your very "user friendly" website. Despite the high cost of books — and a so‑called “discount” that never appeared on the quotation — nothing has happened with my order in TWO WEEKS.

When I followed up, I was told they are “waiting for some books,” Which books????? nor did they give any expected delivery date or explanation as to why they are still waiting for books.

Their lack of communication and urgency is NON EXISTENT.

It is as if they have this "I do not care" attitude. NO sense for urgency nor the willingness to try and expedite the issue.

So my child has been trying to study without the books. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ANY CHILD!!
