My son changed his Varsity course - we had already ordered his books.<br> I contacted Credo Books via email and asked if I could return the books and get a refund.<br> Wilhelm Viljoen contacted me immediately and said that of course he would refund me and that I could send him the books. I posted the books to Credo - the post office was slow and Wilhelm also offered to help me track the parcel. When he received the parcel - the refund was done immediately.<br> <br> It is such a pleasure to deal with Credo - they firstly could have refused to refund me but instead went out of their way to assist me - Seldom have I encountered this level of professional service and other vendors should take note
