Bad service

This company placed me under debt review without my consent I told them I need to check out if it is what I need but a few days later I was under debt review I contacted them to remove me as I did not ask them to place me under debt review and that was in 2019,to my surprise as I wanted to use my rage account it was blocked becouse I am under debt review I called them today to give me a clearence letter they don't want to and no longer answering my calls the gentleman that promised me in 2019,that all this will be sorted is evericious Ma***a who I have I Been trying to contact since morning and nothing from him till now.
