No feedback, No Response on refund request
I took out a very minor crediwise loan a month ago and i requested for my loan payment date to be extended. I was aware that i needed to pay an additional fee of R406.08 to extend the loan date which i paid. After paying the extension fee, crediwise still debited me the full loan repayment amount and my extension fee of R406.08. I tried calling their customer service line and no feedback. Please issue a refund for my payment of R406.08 as this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
