Crediwise has really handled this matter unfairly. I received a text message instructing me to make a payment and indicate that the payment was made via EFT. I followed those instructions, yet you have now gone ahead and debited my account as well. This is a serious inconvenience to me, especially considering that I had already made the payment as instructed. I therefore request that this matter be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, including correcting any duplicate payment or debit.
