Why cant i settle my account

I must say I am beyond dissappointed with the k8nd of service I received from these people.I am teying to settle my account,been calling with my own cellphone,but I have been taken feom pillar to post and it seems like no one is willing to help me,should i stop paying this account,they will be harrassing me with their calls non stop.What is one supposed to do,I am tired of calling you trying to get a settlement letter,are you running a tuckshop or what?
