Useless personnel Netstar and Creditworx

This company together with Netstar is useless. The manager Abeedas together with the consultants that keep on phoning me to pay my account of 100 odd rand get agressive when you explain to them your account was paid. No help you send them the prove they not interested. I resorted to swear and use crude word but they are to uniformed to even realize that you are actually rude to them. They are pathetic and un trained and should not work in any call centre, and the numbers displayed on the emails they send is not working. They should consider closing shop and NETSTAR SHOULD SHAPE UP ALSO. The cancelation department has received my paperwork numerous times before and yet they still have not done anything to make this problem disappear. USELESS.
