Unsolved crdit and invalid email address provided to me

I received a phone call today from a lady who informed me that Bonitas handed me over to them. I asked for the email address i can use to forward all emails i have been sending Bonitsa to not pay the claim of a Doctor who claimed lies. They gave me the following email address: ***, but my emails will bounce back. I tried to call the number they called me from with no luck. I tried calling other numbers i found on the internet with no luck. May someone please provide me with the email address that is working, so that this matter can be resolved.
