Unprofessional

I had an account which was handed over to creditworx they offered a discount should i settle the balance. So i asked if i paid up the account would i get a paid up letter. The agent Nozuko said within two days i would receive the letter. Since paying the account i spoke to numerous people all giving me different stories. I spoke to thembi who was extremely rude. When i asked to be put through to a mager they all of a sudden cut the call. Their service is pathetic. Agents are illiterate! Its been a few days and still i have not received the letter.
