Unknown AltechNetstar handed over to Creditworx but contract info not provided

Creditworx has been harassing me about an Altech Netstar debt I know nothing about, for the past 2 years they have been demanding that I settle the debt.

Whenever I ask them to send me details and proof of agreement, they send what us supposedly a voiceclip of the contract which I cannot even open.

Yet they dont stop making demands.

I asked them to send me the tracking certificate in question or details of the fitment, it has been three years. I am still waiting for feedback but the demands for payment calls and emails have not stopped.

Can someone enlighten me please.

My other concern is how did Altech open an account without my knowledge and how come I was never informed about the debt until it was handed over to their collections agents

I need my name cleared from this thing.
