Unauthorised Debit orders

Creitworx keeps debiting my account even after payment has been completed. I made a six months payment arrangements for accounts handed over from Finchoice. However Creditworx does not stop debiting, they use different reference numbers to evade my banks efforts to stop them.

The last consultant i spoke to today (Layla) indicated that the amount was for their calls and service. I dont recall requesting your service so dont feel like i owe you.

Please email the statement to ********** in order for me to take your company to the Consumer Commission and lay an official complaint.
