totally unacceptable

Good day <br> <br> I'm having issues with creditworX I have an arrangement with them since last year and I pay every month but for the last 2 months I'm getting calls and sms's that I didn't pay since July , I called them to get some clarity on this they told me to ignore the sms there might be some technical problems. But now the consultants are calling me i sent through the proof of payments but now they can't see the emails. This is totally unacceptable I pay every month and in Jan I will be applying for finance for a house and this will seriously hamper the transaction. I honour the arrangement but this is the **** I get in return.
