I had a loan of R500 with finchoice and they sold it to creditworx also known as Nimble group. They collected a total of R2013.48 from a R500 loan. The first four deductions on my account was R450 and the last deduction was R213.48 which settled the account. Now they sent me the statement of the account which indicates they sold the same account i settled to themselves again and i apparently owe them R2700. The law in RSA does not allow for such interest. Maximum interest on collection is 30% and they already collected 150% of the original loan, now they want to collect another 300%. This is so *******. I do not owe you **** you mother ****ers. You de*****ed me and **** is coming your way with credit ombudsman. Wait and see
