they are. ***** who don't even know their work

I had a truworths account in 2*** earlier then I settled the account and closed it @ truworths store in carlton centre even received a letter 3 weeks after saying my account is closed. This year early I started receiving threatning sms's from creditworx saying I'll be blacklisted... I owe truworths... When they atrted calling me they said I should confirm my I'd I refused cos I know I don't have any troworths account.... In march I called troworths head office telling them about my situation they said I should call some truworths department supervisor of creditworx I did call and I was talled by that agent who called me that the supervisor can't speak 2 me is very busy.. Will get back to me since then no supervisor called me now I'm called by avery rude agent who forces me to confirm my I'd and doesn't want to call supervisor that I can speak to and its very annoying me so before I sue them please help me guys.... Because even truworths head office did confirm that my account shows that it was settled long time ago I'm not in errears no outstanding balance.
