Terrible service

Just trying to get hold of the right department is a HUGE frustration. Started of phoning the number on the first (and only) statement I received. Then given another number because I am at the wrong department. Phoning that number and given 3 more telephone numbers because no one can help me and then ending up with the telephone number I dialled in the first place. All I am looking for is an updated statement seeing that I have 2 more months to pay and emails does not get answered either. I have requested a statement since August and to date have not received anything, instead I receive emails of discount deals which I already responded to (therefor finishing this account in 2 months time). I am really not happy, these phone calls costs me money. 7 attempts getting hold of the right department only this morning. STILL NO STATEMENT!!!
