Takes your money runs away

I have had Creditworx collect my African Bank loan, they have never stopped calling me, apparently i was now owing them 12000+ from a 5000 loan, now they offered me a 50% discount, which after getting some money i paid in full at once. after paying a guy named Mawande said i was gonna get my paid up letter immediately after which never sufficed. they then told me i should wait 21 days to get it,i wait...28 days later nothing in my email that looks like a paid up letter, i call them, a lady named Zama says Hlengiwe has requested a letter for me but has not been approved. now they say i should wait another 21days?? WT...??<br> <br>
