well, today I got a call from *** at 13:51 and 13:49. Jackie, please inform Jan you have failed to read the above-mentioned course of action that will ensue, should you not rectify the situation. I am going to dismantle your organization. I am taking legal action with this as proof you literally did nothing to stop your company from calling me. It's too late now: I have all the evidence to take you into litigation for tens of thousands of Rands. Daddy need a new Gibson and Jan is going to pay for it.

I hereby request that you immediately disclose where you obtained my contact details, as per section 45(1) of the ECTA and/or section 22(1) of the POPIA. Failure to respond to this request may also constitute a ******** offense. Furthermore, we will be prosecuting you for failing to remove my number as is evident in the current communication thread. The calls were 4 and 16 seconds respectively. Both times, silence on the line. Further to this I will be laying a charge at the SAPS directly against Mr Jan De Beer the moment we have confirmed under what specific part of the law this falls under.
