STILL NO PAID UP LETTER - UNABLE TO REGISTER

I was handed over to Credit Worx for outstanding student fees. I settled my account on the 5/01/2016 and have been calling in 2 times a week to request the letter to state that the account is settled.<br> <br> Even though it is past the minimum time frame for this letter I still have not received it. I was given a screen shot of my statement showing 0 due and asked to use this.<br> <br> I have taken this to D.U.T who firstly say that Credit Worx knows that D.U.T have to have a letter and secondly that money is still owing on my account.<br> <br> As a result of all of this I have missed registration and will have to pay late registration fees, not mentioning I'm not registered yet !<br> <br> Being a student and having to sturggle to settle this in time and now further in-cur costs to travel back and forth and now ultimately pay late registration fees is un-acceptable.
