Statement not reflecting my payments

I emailed Elliot at Creditworx on 30 June 2015 asking him to amend their records and attaching my proof of payments from March to June 2015. (they said I had not paid since February 2015). He rep**** on 1 July 2015 asking me to re-check my records and send him proof of payments. (of which I had done already). I then sent him the proof of payments again on 6 July 2015. On 15 July 2015 I had not heard from him and sent him a follow up email. On 15 July 2015 he sent me a statement in the name of Mr Velaphi Silver Mdunyelwa, of which I rep**** stating that this is not my statement. After this, he sent me my statement, once again asking me to send him proof of payments, which I did again, as the payments were still not showing on my statement. I rep**** on 17 July 2015 asking for this to be corrected immediately. Today is 13 August 2015 and I have not had a reply from Elliot at Creditworx. Creditworx phoned me once since then, to advise that I have not paid since February, and I referred them to Elliot. The lady said she would get back to me. She has not got back to me.
