Rude uncalled behaviour

I received a call either on the 17 or 18 March regarding the matter handed over by Finchoice.<br> <br> Gov00487. As I tried to explain to the consultant advising Finchoice did not advise me regarding the hand over. Also advised I only received a letter 14/03/2016 dated 08/02/2016, advising if I want to restructure of the loan. Now I am laising with a lady at finchoice by the name of Chendriks sent through all the email and documentation. He will not listen advised he will keep on calling me.<br> <br> He was rude and also picking on the fact I working for the bank , that's got nothing to do with him at all. <br> <br> Disgusted by this persons behaviour
