Rude Staff Member (Zanele)

<p>I called Creditworx to find out about my account balance and the lady (Zanele) that I spoke to was very rude, she was impatient with me on the phone and ended up telling me I should not take out my problems/stress to her. I find this extremely rude for someone on customer service and she has no right to tell me that I am stressed as she is not the doctor. I am rather dissapointed by this and needs this sorted out cause the next person might be a victim too.</p>
