Quick To Call Others But Don't Answer Our calls

I have been trying to get hold of this company but my query was not addressed because some lady I didn't catch her name just transferred me to a forever ringing number without hearing me out why I am calling!!! I call using my airtime here, of which I won't charge you for! 2nd time I fail to get through.

This company is debiting me every month. I wanna know why they are not done debiting and how much I am still owing on the car tracking account if I still owe anything. They must call me asap! Or send statement rather. or else I will reverse the next debit they will take.
