Poor service from Creditwox and Altech

I'm so disappointed with the service I have been receiving at creditworx and Altech, The poor service am receiving is a total disrespect, is because am black a Nd a women, Your consultants just hung up there phone on client's ear when ever they feel without helping clients.

I was told last I would receive a settlement letter five months later still nothing.

I have made a settlement of R1520 last year November 2022, till today I haven't received a settlement letter, the only thing am receiving is threatening sms, email and calls that are causing anxiety.
