POOR SERVICE AND *********** PERSONNEL

I've got a big problem with this people for the last 10 years plus I'm paying every month accounts which I think should<br> be settled by now, don't receive any statements from them, but quick to send sms telling me that money will be deducted from my bank account, I am not comfortable with the fact that one can pay for 10 years plus an account and still not settled.<br> <br> I've tried on several occasions to get hold of them just to get through to a call centre and then person answering usually don't know what is going on (totally ***********) or their system is down, leave number we will call you back which never ever happens.<br> <br> Phone this morning before 10h00 after receiving sms's again telling me that money will be deducted from my account, eventually got hold of someone, but once again not knowing what is going on around her and then the next answer, our system is down, can I can your number will phone you back, it's more than an hour already and no call yet.<br> <br> I want an explanation of what is going on and if so why do I still have to pay them.Think its time to either take this up with my advocate or with the Ombudsman.
