Poor service

My accounts are settled in full, i am still waiting for settlement letters. i called Credit Worx more than four times this week and they promised to send me the settlement letters. No one did that. They were very quick tell me that i owe them but now it seems like is difficult to send me the settlement letters. This is very urgent and need a serious attention.
