Playing hide and seek

I have settled my account sometime last in August or September. I was promised a letter this date. i have been calling sending emails with no avail. I am not sure if this letter has to be cooked or what. Even if that was that it was suppose to be cooked by now. I am not sure why is it still showing as unpaid if it has been settled as agreed.<br> I have dealt with lumka Mabaso who ignored me after i made a payment.
