Payments not credited
I made a payment into an account that was taken over by Crediworx in December 2017 and this payment has still not been credited to the account. I've sent emails and my emails have still not been responded to. They don't seem interested in crediting the account and updating the balance. When I speak to them all I get is a different email address to send everything to.
