Paid up letter from creditworx

Creditworx has never gave me the my paid up letter from ackermans they rep**** like the way they rep**** me when I call them they said they will give me paid up letter when they get it from ackermans my question is why would they want a paid up letter from ackermans while I paid with Creditworx and why is it taking so long because they told me to wait up to 21 days now its over two months
