Paid up letter false promise

<p>I paid my African bank loans in full in December 2016 after receiving a discount from Creditworx, then I was promised paid up letter within 7days. To this day I am still waiting! The discounted amount still appears in Nimble mobile app as the amount I owe African bank. Please help</p>
