Paid my account a month ago and still no paid up later nor my name has been removed from Transunion! Call center agents have no idea!!!

<p>I paid my account 9 March 2017 and today after many calls ( ********** 224) and number of promising , i have not recieved any paid up letter nor my name have been removed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Call agents very rude and transferring me to numbers that do not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>am tired calling this company, i want this to be resloved!!</p> <p> </p>
