OMW!!!!! USELESS

I have been paying my acc by debit order and at end March 2015 my last D/O went off, they called me 10/09/15 stating that i still owe and end March the debit order stopped due to an internal error that reopened on the first of Sept 2015, meaning it ran interest and i was still owing and no one made me aware, Management told me now, i have either 2 choices, either i pay the amount owing now or they will let it run and gain more interest<br> BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!! <br> you mean no one could call me between march and Sept and say there's been an error but pls pay.<br> extremely disgusted!
