Dear Creditworx,

This letter is in response to the many phone calls I have received from you.

I receive numerous calls per day from Creditworx asking for Marina Venter. I do not know who Marina Venter is. The cellphone number stated above IS NOT her number. I hereby demand that my contact number be removed from your call list.

Please note I have recordings of the harassing calls as well as call logs to prove the amount of times that I have been harassed on my number. Usually I get a missed call from a private number first and shortly thereafter a Creditworx agent calls. I have explained numerous time that I am not Marina Venter. I have tried to block the Creditworx phone number, but they phone from a different number every time.

Please be advised that I am well aware of my rights and know that any further contact by you or your company, except a communication confirming your acknowledgment of this letter, is in violation of the National Debt Collection Act 114 of 1998. In addition, any third (3rd) party that you use to coerce the collection of this debt shall also be in violation of the law.

If you do not cease communication a lawsuit will be commenced against you.

This letter was also sent by email to ********** with return receipt enabled and shall be presented to any court of proper jurisdiction if communication is to continue.
