No reply on calls, emails and *********** Staff

I have paid up my account, I have been asking for a month for my paid up letter from Zinzi Khobo, I was advised 7 to 21 working days, that time has passed and no feedback, I made 5 calls today asking for the letter everytime I give my Ref number the agent drops the call, Thank you Nikiwe and Ovuyo for being complete idiots.<br> <br> I then get through to Fiona, she is very polite and opens my details only to find no paid up letter has ever been requested, I ask her to transfer me to her manager, who is apparently named Washeila Jones, only to have the call dropped on me again, so again i dont know if i will get my letter or not.<br> <br> You are a bunch of incompatent useless assholes, fix this and fix it now.<br> <br> you are so quick to call and send documents when you want money, but when some pays up their account you cannot be bothered, this is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced.
