No paid up letter

I paid up my account on 22 August 2017. I was told that we will get a letter an email within 7 days. I phoned in again on 1 September was told it will be done. Every time we phone in its the same thing. Its now 25 October and still no letter and email. How long does it take, and the agents are of no help. Very bad customer service.
