No feedback, horrible service, **********!

I've paid up off my account with Creditworx more than a month and a half ago, but they still have not sent me my paid up letter or even updated my credit bureau. Every time I call and ask for my paid up letter or balance, the cut off my call and even block my number. They have given no feedback on my payment at all or even acknowledge my account is paid off, this is horrible service!!! They are behaving like some **********!!
