loan application

<p>i received an email with a link on my phone in january, i opened the link to see what it was about the next thing there was a screen with loan repayment terms and conditions then i got out of that link, month end a debit of R359 went off i called my nbank to reverse it as i didnt authorise it on 20/02/2017 i got an email with a court order saying im being charged R411 for not paying my loan i never got any money from Loan SA but yet Computech Credit Services sends me a court order i called to clear the whole thing a vanessa Reddy said they will cancel the application but i have to pay R199. i never got a sent from this company why should i pay any amount for reading an email on my phone.</p>
