Keep getting phone calls eventhough the account is paid up

<p>I keep getting calls from Creditworx about 5 a day, sometimes two agents at a time, saying I owe money to an account , but this account was paid up in 2013 via another company, I have sent the paid up letter so many times to them but nothing happens , I'm told someone will call me , but it never happens, call continue </p>
