Irritated call Centre, pathetic staff

These guys phone a daily basis sometimes more that twise a day. Everytime you have to repeat your self and when you ask what note was made the previous day and or earlier that they they drop the phone. Everytime they phone they say no note and or arrangement was made. Or they phone and when you answer they drop the phone. These guys is on top of arrancement and to top it of they can't speak properly and also not spell at all.
