Irregular charges , no explanation, rude and imcompetent staff

<p>Creditworx is invoicing me for a range of chanrges that they cannot explain or provide details. All they say it is "work done" - whatever that means. They repeatedly phone me, their staff mostly incoherent and unwilling to listen and mostly rude. Yet they claim calls are recorded!</p> <p> I have referred the matter to the Credit Ombud. Suggest other people with problems with this nefarious company do the same</p>
