incorrect billing

I have been charged incorrectly. firstly i was charged for the number *** R19.38 * 2) on the 04&07/08/2014, that number does not even belong to me and i have no idea where you got it from.<br> secondly- i was billed R19.38 * 5 number ***) who in their right mind charges R19.38 for a call that doesn't even get answered?...to top it off you charge ridiculous interests.. please call me and rectify everything as id like to pay all the remaining balance and move on with my life!
