Incompetence

<p>I have an account which was handed over to "CreditWorx" from Southern Business School. I enquired with the school last year January, when they sent me a statement reflecting the amount to be paid, I paid the amount in full, and upon contacting the school they did not mention anything about an account being handed over, or anything to that effect. Then i get a call from creditworx informing me that my account was handed over to them, when i sent them the proof of payment, they told me there was interest to be paid, of which i told them, update the payment, and let me see what the interest is , and i will gladly pay this, its been a year later, no one has updated, i keep on getting phone calls, and interest keeps on getting added, for an account where i told them to update, of which no one can do for an entire year!!! they should start hiring staff who knows how do update a system, instead of hiring staff who only know how to harass people and sitting on the phone being arrogant the entire day. This is the worst service i have received in my entire life,!!</p> <p> </p>
