*******ly put on credit bereau

I had an Ackermans, that was later handed over to creditworx. I was notified via sms that the account was handed over, so within a month I managed to settle the amount. For every payment, I made sure I sent proof of payment via email and followed it up by calling and verifying with them if payment has been received.

The last time I called, I asked the consultant over the phone, when would they finally send my "settlement letter" that I have been requesting for, and he mentioned a few weeks. This was around June or July this year 2017

Today, I ran a credit check. Shocked to dicover that my settled account shows as bad debt written off for R385...does it get anymore pathetic than this??? This is ******* and I want to know what will be done to fix this
