******* calls on Prescribed Debt

My name is Diane Levey I keep receiving calls from CreditWorx in relation to an ADT Account. This account was paid up and de-activated by ADT in 2014! I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. I have sent numerous communication to ADT regarding this with no response, I have requested call centre to update their records with no response. They are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription act 68 of 1969 Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed immediately with no further calls. Any negative information will is to be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative parties.
