I'm being ignored when i query about my Account

I have a Leading Edge Fitness Gym account that i am paying to these people and every month i pay the agreed amount, the amount due is getting higher and higher. No one is giving me an answer as to why i keep getting charged for interest every month when i am making a payment and getting charged for calls where as it shows on the statement i have paid and they did not call me (call dates are after the payment every month).<br> <br> I spoke to a couple of their Staff members (the list is long) and they are not giving me answers...(Rabia Davids, Nawaal Phillips). <br> <br> The amount is accumulating because i am not paying now as i have not received answers.<br> <br> I hope i could attach the statement they sent me here but i cant see the ATTACH option.
