I feel i am being ripped

I am very ****ed and concerned about this credit workx, this huys wrote me an email saying i owe R565 ... i told them to debit thay didnt debit i took initiation to call and ask why they didnt thats when they start saying they had a problem with my acc my question is why didnt they call to say so why wait for me to call them in anyway i did EFT a week later i receive the statement fro netstar that i owe R622 or something when i quetion credit workx the consultant Lawrenzo couldnt give me an ansa and spoke to his manager Abeeda who said the system hasnt updated my profile ..question is wen this netstar hands us to debt collections why thy continue billing while as suspended their service...Abeeda confirmed that my balance is not that R600 and somthing its R100 and sumthing because of netstar billing so i have to clear that then i l have my normal installment with netstar by the 1st of nove today i call in to clear that R100 and sumthing the Lorenzo guy tells me i owe them R255 for phone calls because they couldnt reach me .....NOW I HAVE TO PAY COMPANY BILLS WHY BECAUSE WHEN I DIDNT REACH THEM I EMAILED WHY THEY DIDNT EMAIL ME TOO...WHY SHUD I PAY THEIR BILLS ,,,CAN SUM1 HELP I AM NOT GOIN TO PAY MONEY I DNT KNOW ARE WE NOW RESPOSSIBLE FOR THEIR OFFICE BILLLS
