I am being *****ed and Milked by the lawyers

a lady called in December, she said I have a balance of R3700... and my debit order is R1000 every month...she said to me that my lat debit order is end of March for R700...which made sense, however, the debit order has never stopped and R1000 has been going off on my account until the 25 of May. 1st in April the 25th I thought maybe I did hear properly and its a mistake someone will call me and refund my R1000 and when May debit order came I though let me call these guys, R3700 from December cannot turn into R5000...there is nooo way..i then called on the 25 May I spoke to a lady and explained to her she said to me their system never cancelled a debit order and I she can request for a refund...I said the quicker way is to reverse the debit order with my bank, not knowing that it affect my credit status with my bank I reversed the April debit or then few days later reversed the May debit order. I then asked the lady what happened to the arrangement I did with the lady in December as she advised me that the is R114 monthly charge which I never heard of , she then said to me the lady which I have spoken with will call me. indeed the lady called and could not admit that she is at fault, she then said that I have finished paying this account and she will send me the letter of settlement. She agreed that this account was supposed to end in March with R700 debit order only nothing else and said I can reverse debit order for April and May. I then start to receive calls from other people who are very stubbon, although I tried to explain to them what is going on they do not want to hear anything, I have asked to be called by the manager and I am still waiting maybe the management at creditwax don't speak to people like me, I even asked one of the guys to send me a call recording for December and 25 May and I am still waiting. today a guys calls me and tells me that I owe R1098 and then he sends me an sms that I owe R1320.38.....these guys owe me R300 and this is a ripoff, I am being *****ed by so called lawyers people who knows better not to ***** other people but hei who the hell am I , I am being milled for the little i earn and no one wants to hear about it. this is BS
