Hopeless unhelpfull

This company..... What can I say. They Handel debt, in my case what was sold to them 10 to 8 years ago. Fine I wanted to buy my 5th property through Standard bank, suddenly a credit card of 10k outstanding pops up. Sure I did not pay it back then. Was on a bad wicked and after years I am in a much better position and willing to settle things with them Standard bank that we can do much bigger things than 10k Credit cards.

Ok so Standard bank said the account is closed with them and is sold on to Creditworx.

Ploned Creditworx now the last 5 weeks ( 40 calls later) you are phoning a call centre, never speak to the same agent. They give you a reference number, and then they tell you the account has been closed.

They can not provide you with a payed up letter, or a written of letter. Just is is closed.

So now you phone the debt collectors wanting to pay your debt and they are so *********** just saying it is closed sorry.

Then phoned Standard bank again and said they were paid for the debt sold to Credit word.

So then I kept on calling one dummer than the other call agent answer....or must I say lazier than the other.

I finally got me message across to someone new that I had to explain my hole story to again....witch I inhumanly frustrating. Remember we are in call 40+ now.

Then they tell you they will inquire about the account and open it so that I can pay the 10k. And this will take 7 working days.

Fine

10 working days later I phone again, after the phone was dropped twice finally I got threw and then with my reg number stil nothing. They see I am 10k something behind but is closed.

I am so thedup with the word closed sorry, that I will go mad. Then the agent tell me that she is not sure if they might negotiate a discounted full and final settlement.....really they count not find or manage me to pay and now that I call them after years I find it impossible to pay and they do not want to negotiate it seems.

I would not wish it on anybody, not my worst enemy to be pushed with the amount of calls, the patience and the waiting for somebody to help you.

Really this a failed system or atleast it feels that way.
